Recruitment on the Web does not make any representation whatsoever about any advertisement accessed either on, by virtue of or by way of any links from the site nor about any clients who use services on this site.
Recruitment on the Web relies on information provided by to us by our clients and via third parties and accordingly it is a matter of the applicant to satisfy itself as to the suitability of any client using the service on the site or of any advertisement found directly or indirectly through this site.
Any intellectual property, ideal, concepts, know how or techniques developed by Recruitment on the Web or obtained during the execution of the services will be owned directly by Recruitment on the Web.
Recruitment on the Web will not be held responsible for any failure to provide the services, or unavailability of the site, as a result of circumstances beyond it's control.
The applicant accepts that Recruitment on the Web will not be liable for any failure to provide the services (or any part hereof) as a result of the applicants failure to comply with these conditions.
The applicant agrees to provide Recruitment on the Web with any information which is necessary to provide these services or any services we may offer in the future.


Jobs by Email
  • Jobs by Email are sent and each job by email will contain a limited listing of live vacancy advertisements posted or renewed since the Jobs by Email sent to the applicant and matching the applicants search criteria.
  • The applicant accepts that Recruitment on the Web does not guarantee the number of vacancy ads distributed by the Jobs by Email and that no obligations are imposed by Recruitment on the Web in this regard

CVs
  • The CV distribution service is subject to any instructions from an applicant that his/her details should or should not be made available to the clients of Recruitment on the Web.
  • We only make available or supply copies of the CVs which have been received by t for distribution to clients of Recruitment on the Web. This is solely for the purpose of securing suitable employment for the applicant.
  • Recruitment on the Web cannot guarantee the minimum number of times a CV will be viewed or distributed to clients on any given day.
  • Recruitment on the Web will ensure ( under normal circumstances ) that CVs are distributed to the client as soon as we receive instructions to do so by the applicant.
  • Recruitment on the Web reserves the right to refuse, remove, or cancel CVs without prior notice from our CV distribution services.
  • Recruitment on the Web reserves the right to decline to distribute or forward or suspend or remove any applicants information or CV accepted by it.
  • Recruitment on the Web may refuse, withdraw or be required to amend any applicants information or CV which is illegal, immoral, obscene or offensive so as to comply with the legal or moral obligations placed upon Recruitment on the Web or the applicant to avoid infringing a third parties right or any statutory or regulatory requirements or is designed to or is likely to cause disruption to any computer system or network.
  • The details they store or upload to Recruitment on the Web are accurate, and a true reflection of their education, employment, training history and that their personal details are correct.
  • That if any information stored and saved on recruitment o the web for the purposes of securing employment is found to be false or inaccurate in any way, that recruitment on the web reserves the right to remove those details and/or suspend the use of the services on the site for the applicant

Applicants & applications forms
  • If the applicant makes an application or is required to complete an application form as part of an application the provisions of this clause shall apply there to.
  • The applicant hereby undertakes that they fully read and understand the requirements of a vacancy/advertisement on the site to which they make an application.
  • They have the appropriate skills and qualifications required by the client and the necessary qualifications required by law.
  • They satisfy or will attend to the necessary immigration requirements of the country of which the vacancy/position is been offered.
  • The details they provide to the client as part of an application one true and accurate reflection on their education, employment and their personal details are correct.
  • That if any of the information given by the applicant is incorrect recruitment on the web reserves the right to remove or suspend the use of the services on the site for the applicant.
  • When an applicant makes an application to vacancies/advertisements through the site recruitment on the web will pass the applicants details to the client who placed the advertisement/vacancy for the purpose of that one applicant only.
  • The applicant accepts that recruitment on the web cannot be held responsible for the content of advertisements/vacancies on the site and that no obligations are imposed on recruitment on the web in this regard.

Applicants Obligations
  • The applicant agrees that:
    • They have read, understood and agrees to the privacy statement on the site.
    • They will keep confidential and not disclose to any other person there password used to access services on this site.
    • They will be responsible for any such misuse of passwords.

Liability.
  • Recruitment on the web will not be liable whatsoever (whether in contract or not) for any loss of copy, data, CVs or any other material that the applicant supplies to us, and that the applicant shall be responsible for retaining in there possession sufficient quality, quantity of such materials for whatsoever purpose they may require.
  • Any mistakes or errors whatsoever that arise during the course of use of these services or any loss of information or data or any damage there to in each case as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or which arise as a result of the act or omissions of the applicant.
  • For any failure or loss to secure employment (whenever caused by the negligence of recruitment on the web, its employees or agents).
  • Any delay, costs, expense, loss, damage or liability (including but without limitation as a result of any hardware failure) howsoever caused arising from any matter beyond its reasonable control of recruitment on the web or as a result of acts or omission of the applicant.
  • Any loss or damage whatsoever however caused arising out of the negligence, dishonesty, misconduct breach of faith, incompetence or the wrongful disclosure of confidential information by any client it is the applicant to satisfy itself of the integrity and reliability of all vacancies/advertisements placed on this site.
  • The applicant agrees and acknowledges that no conditions warranty or representation of any kind has been or will be given on behalf of recruitment on the web.

Termination and cancellation
  • Either party may terminate the provisions of the services to the applicant without any prior notice.
  • The applicant shall be responsible for all reasonable costs, claims, damages, expenses and liabilities incurred by recruitment on the web arising out of the breach of the applicants obligations.

Notices
  • Notice required or permitted to be given under these conditions shall be in writing or email to recruitment on the web.
  • The applicant is responsible for notifying recruitment on the web of any changes to there email address these should be sent by email or writing.

General
  • If any provision of these conditions shall be invalid it shall not affect any other provision shall remain in full force.
  • Any waver by recruitment on the web of any breach or default under any provision of these conditions by the applicant will not be deemed a waver by any subsequent breech and will no way affect the other conditions.
  • The parties to these conditions do not intend that any clause of these conditions will be enforceable by virtue of the contracts right of third parties act 1999 by any person that is not party to it.

Law
  • These conditions and any contract into which these conditions are incorporated, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  • This schedule replaces all previous schedules to these terms and conditions.
