Advertising vacancies
- Advertisements will be live on the site within 1 hour.
- Recruitment on the web reserves the right, without giving any reasons to refuse cancel or remove any advertisements or services subscribed to by the client for any reason without prior notice.
- Recruitment on the web will be entitled at any time without prior notification to change the services we provide or the cost of any services we provide.
- Vacancy advertisements are only available to recruitment agencies, banks or other similar organisations.
- We do not accept work from home schemes pyramid selling, get rich quick schemes.
- If requested to do so the client will promptly provide evidence to prove that they are a recruitment agency or other similar organisation to recruitment on the web.
- We will not provide services or subscriptions already paid for until such evidence has been received.
- Advertisements will remain live on the site for 14 days or longer at the client's request.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the content of any advertisement posted on the site by them.
- The client shall indemnify recruitment on the web against all claims made by third parties in the respect of the misuse of the data supplied by the client.
- Recruitment on the web will use reasonable endeavours to enable applicants the facility of viewing the client's advertisements on the site and provide the services
- of the client however the client accepts that recruitment on the web can not guarantee the number of occasions on which any individual advertisements appear on the site and that no obligations are imposed on recruitment on the web in this regard.
- The client must make sure that advertisements posted on the site by them are legal, decent, honest, and truthful and comply with all applicable laws, rules and legislation regarding advertising as may be appropriate.
- Advertisements posted on the site by clients must not be offensive, obscene, indecent, threating, racist, or otherwise objectionable, must not be designed to cause annoyance, inconvenience, unwanted attention or needless anxiety to any other person.
- Advertisement posted on the site must not without limitation infringe on the rights of any other person.
- All advertisements must be legal and not induce in an illegal act.
Refunds
- No refunds will be given in the event that any client wishes to cancel any services subscribed to before been used, refunds will only be honoured in mitigating circumstances.
CVs
- Recruitment on the web will only make available or supply copies of the cvs that have been provided to us for distribution to clients of recruitment on the web solely for the purpose of securing suitable employment.
- CV database is subject to instructions from applicants that his/her details should or should not be made available to the client.
- If for any reason we suspect or have reason to believe that the cv services are been abused by the client we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any cv services and no refund fro services already paid for will be given.
- Recruitment on the web can not guarantee the minimum number of new cvs available on any given day.
Jobs by Email
- The client accepts that recruitment on the web does not guarantee the number of receipts of the Jobs by Email service and that no obligations are imposed on recruitment on the web in this regard.
Employment arising from a vacancy posted on the site
- The client shall obtain from the applicant as much information about the applicant's qualifications and experience as is necessary for determing when ether the applicant is suitable for employment and shall ascertain that the applicant has suitable qualifications as required by law.
- The client will make sure the applicant is fully aware of any conditions or requirements imposed by the vacancy been offered by law.
- The client will make sure that the applicant receives in writing in a language they understand a full written statement giving full details of their offer of employment.
- The client must comply with all relevant industry codes of practice.
- The client acknowledges that it is not vested with any proprietary rights in respect of the site, or any cv or other information submitted by the applicant.
- Recruitment on the web does not guarantee or verify any applicant details forwarded to the client by recruitment on the web.
- Recruitment on the web accepts no responsibility as to the suitability or availability of applicants who respond to advertisements or other services provided.
Data Protection
- The client ensures that they notify the office of the information commissioner under the data protection act 1998 to the extent that they comply with its obligations under the act.
- Obtain the consent of applicants prior to submitting his/her CV or information to any other party.
- The client must not copy, resell or distribute the cvs provided to them by applicant registered with recruitment on the web.
- The client agrees to comply with the conditions of the data protection act of 1998 or relevant legislation relating to any applicants information received by it and in particular to keep such information confidential.
Liability
- Recruitment on the web accepts no liability of any description including but not limited to liability for negligence or any damages or losses to indirect or consequential loss or loss of business, revenue, or profits, use of opportunity how so ever resulting to from the client use or inability to use this site
- Recruitment on the web does not guarantee or accept any liability that this site or any site which we may become linked to in the future is totally free from computer viruses cookies or any other malicious or impairing computer programs and/or the site shall operate uninterrupted and error free.
- The client must use reasonable precautions against access to the site by unauthorised persons including but not limited to login, usernames or passwords and securing the information relating to communications between the clients account and the rest of the site.
